#150 Decide to get rid of one stressor or annoyance. Pick one, any one, and dump it. Congrats!

Everyone has little daily annoyances such as a squeaky door or the inconvenient placement of some object that you use often.

Identify some of those things and fix them. Many times the little aggravations have simple solutions: oil the door, rearrange the counter so the item is more convenient, etc. but we don't make the effort to do these things.

Make the effort. Do just one a day. It will be rewarding and you'll have one less thing bothering you.
